DELTA_10

DELTA_10 is NRV's FX10-based USB event camera for high-throughput event-stream acquisition, full-bandwidth capture, and advanced neuromorphic vision application development.

It is positioned as the 10Gbps-class model in the DELTA series, providing a high-speed USB camera platform for users who need maximum event-streaming bandwidth, high temporal-resolution sensing, and bandwidth-intensive event-based vision pipelines.

Overview

DELTA_10 captures asynchronous visual events from a neuromorphic image sensor and streams them to the host system through a high-speed USB interface.

Unlike conventional frame-based cameras, event cameras generate data only when brightness changes occur at each pixel. This enables low-latency sensing, efficient motion-driven visual processing, and high temporal-resolution observation of dynamic scenes.

DELTA_10 is suitable for high-speed event-stream acquisition, full-rate capture experiments, sensor characterization, real-time event processing, and advanced research-oriented prototyping.

Note: The USB controller class and the DELTA product class refer to different criteria.
The FX10 controller provides a 10Gbps-class USB interface, while DELTA_10 is positioned as NRV's 10Gbps-class practical event-streaming model. This distinction separates controller-level interface capability from product-level streaming configuration.

FX10-Based USB Architecture

DELTA_10 uses an FX10-based USB camera controller architecture. In the DELTA product lineup, this model is intended for high-throughput USB-based event-stream acquisition and full-bandwidth camera evaluation.

The FX10 controller acts as the high-speed bridge between the camera-side sensor interface and the host-side USB connection. This allows DELTA_10 to support bandwidth-intensive event-streaming workloads while maintaining a practical USB-based software workflow.
