NRVCORP CIS_DVS TCL Script Documentation

This technical article provides you a guide on how to reconstruct the CIS_DVS Bring-up Vivado Block Design including the NRV mipi_rx_subsystem IP, and export XSA files for FPGA programming.

Prerequisites

• Vivado 2021.2

Execution Steps

1) Download the cis_dvs_proj2-1_concurrent_stream folder. Place it in the directory you wish to put your Vivado Project.

2) Open Vivado, and select Tools > Run TCL Script.

3) Select CIS_DVS.tcl.

4) After the project is fully reconstructed, select Open Block Design. You can edit the block design to create your custom architecture here.

5) Select Generate Bitstream. Wait till the bitstream generation is finished.

6) Select File > Export > Export Hardware. Select Include Bitstream.

7) Navigate to the exported XSA file.
